Abstract:	Hlavním tématem a cílem práce je komparace současné právní úpravy institutu oddlužení v České republice a Spolkové republice Německo. Tato práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Hlavním cílem práce bylo objektivní srovnání obou právních řádu.
Abstract in different language:	The topic of this thesis was the evaluation of the current legal provisions of the institute of debt relief in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. This thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical parts. The main aim of the thesis was to objectively assess the pluses and minuses of both legal provisions.
