| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je střet insolvenčního a exekučního řízení a jeho dopady na průběh exekuce a insolvence. Práci jsem vypracoval s cílem postihnout a utřídit právní úpravu problematiky střetu insolvenčního a exekučního řízení, porovnat jednotlivé shody a rozdíly de lege lata. Zabýval jsem se vzájemným působením těchto řízení a důsledky tohoto střetu. |

The thesis I have developed in order to capture and organize the issue of conflict insolvency and execution proceedings, compare separately the similarities and differences de lege lata. I have dealt with the interaction of these proceedings and the consequences of this conflict. |
