| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce seznamuje s Alexandrovou technikou, s jejím vývojem a jednotlivými prvky. Zabývá se jejím využitím ve fyzioterapii a to zejména primární kontroly. Ta je v práci aplikovaná u tanečníků folklórního Souboru písní a tanců Jiskra, kteří mají převážně sedavé zaměstnání. Právě v pracovním prostředí je při dlouhodobé statické poloze zaujímáno jak špatné postavení hlavy, tak i špatné držení zbytku těla. S tanečníky byly nacvičovány jednotlivé polohy podle Alexandrových kritérií. Zkoumáno bylo především správné nastavení hlavy a schopnost si toto nastavení udržet při změně zevního prostředí. Dále byl hodnocen pracovní sed, který probandi zaujímají v práci a porovnáván s vhodnou pracovní polohou. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is devoted to the Alexander technique, to its development and individual features. This work deals with using of this technique in physiotherapy, mainly in primary control. Alexander method was applied on the dancers from the folklore group 'Jiskra', which have sedentary jobs. During long term static position which is usually held in such working environment, faulty holdings of head as well as the rest of the body, is adopted. Individual positions in agreement with the Alexander's criterions were practiced with the dancers. Especially right positioning of the head and the ability to keep this alignment by the change of outer conditions were researched. Moreover, the sitting position which the probands hold in the job was examined. |
