| Abstract: | Cílem této práce bylo popsat historii a vývoj Liberálních demokratů a to od vzniku Liberální strany a Sociálně demokratické strany a jejich následného spojení. Práce se také zabývá mocí strany a to jak v minulosti, tak dnes. Závěr práce rozebírá současné postavení a preference Liberálních demokratů a jejich vyhlídky do budoucna. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis was to describe the history and the development of the Liberal Democrats from the origin of the Liberal Party and the Social Democratic Party and their merge. The thesis also describes the power of the party in the past and present. The end of the thesis follows current position of the Liberal Democrats and their plans for the future. |
