| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo navrhnout optimální řešení organizace interního auditu v podmínkách zvolené společnosti. Po úvodní obecné charakteristice auditu, je práce zaměřena na interní audit. V této části jsou objasněny standardy, pracovní postupy a druhy interního auditu. Praktická část začíná představením vybrané společnosti, která je bezpodmínečně nutná k pochopení stávajících procesů a činností. Následuje analýza možností využití interního auditu ve zvoleném podniku. Na základě provedeného rozboru je navrženo optimální řešení organizace interního auditu sledované společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main aim of this thesis was to design an optimal solution to the organization of internal audit in terms of the chosen company. After the general characteristics of internal audit, is the thesis focused on internal audit itself. This section clarified standards, procedures and types of internal audit. The practical part begins with basic information about a chosen company, this general knowledge is absolutely necessary to understand existing processes and activities in the company. Followed by analysis of the possibilities to use internal audit in the chosen company. Based on the analysis, is the optimal solution to the organization's internal audit reporting company is suggested. |
