| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na controlling cash-flow a likvidity ve zvolené společnosti. V první části je provedena literární rešerše potřebných teoretických znalostí. Tyto znalosti jsou využity v druhé části, kdy je zvolená společnost nejprve krátce představena, poté jsou analyzovány controllingový systém společnosti včetně finančního subsystému, na který je následně kriticky nahlédnuto, a posléze jsou vyvozeny doporučující kroky pro společnost. |
| Abstract in different language: | Presented worked is focused on controlling of cash-flow and liquidity in chosen company. First part consists of literature review of fundamental theoretical knowledge. This knowledge is used in the second part where it is applied in analysis of the chosen company. The second part consists of the company introduction, analysis of controlling system with focus on the financial controlling subsystem, evaluation of analysis results and final deduction of recommendation for the chosen company. |
