| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je vymezit pojem neziskových organizací, který není blíže specifikovaný žádným zákonem. Problematika neziskových organizací je značně rozsáhlá, proto se práce v dalších kapitolách orientuje na příspěvkové organizace a školství, zejména speciální školy, pojednává o jejich hospodaření a financování. U těchto organizací jsou jejich příjmy velmi závislé na poskytnutých dotacích ze státního rozpočtu a rozpočtu zřizovatele, které jsou poskytovány na úhradu přímých výdajů spojených s poskytováním hlavní činnosti. Praktická část představuje vybranou neziskovou organizaci, u které byly analyzovány příjmy a výdaje a jejich vypozorované tendence byly promítnuty do potenciálních příležitostí a rizik v blízké budoucnosti. Zároveň byla navržena možná zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the diploma work is to define the concept of non-profit institution which is not closely specified by any law. The issue of non-profit institution is quite extensive so in following chapters work focuses on contributory organizations and education, particularly special education and discusses their management and financing. For these organizations their income is highly dependent on subsidies provided from state budget and the budget of the founders which are provided to cover the direct costs associated with the expenditure of the main activities. The practical part introduces selected non-profit organization where is analyzed income and expenditure and where are observed trends reflecting potential opportunities and risks in the close future. Also there are proposed possible improvements. |
