| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá strategickou a finanční analýzou společnosti. V první části práce jsou popsány teoretická východiska, z které vychází praktická část. Vysvětleny jsou pojmy jako poslání, vize a střednědobé cíle společnosti a podrobněji rozebrána strategická a finanční analýza. V praktické části je nejprve krátce představena firma, stanoveno její poslání, vize a střednědobé cíle. Poté je provedena strategická analýza složená z analýzy makroprostředí, mezoprostředí a mikroprostředí a konstrukce matice EFE, matice IFE, matice IE a matice SPACE. Dále je realizována důkladná finanční analýza, která se skládá z horizontální a vertikální analýzy rozvahy a výsledovky, analýzy rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů, souhrnného ukazatele IN05 a bilančních pravidel. Poslední kapitola přináší vyhodnocení, korekci střednědobých cílů a návrh nejvhodnějších strategií, které by měly společnost dovést ke splnění střednědobých cílů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the strategic and financial analysis of a company. The first section provides a description of the theoretical background and focuses on terms such as the mission, visions and medium-term objectives of a company, as well as the methodology of a strategic and financial analysis. The practical section of the thesis begins with a short introduction of the specific company which is subject to the analyses, including its particular mission statement, visions and medium-term objectives. Then, a strategic analysis is provided, consisting of an analysis of the macro-environment, mezzo-environment and micro-environment, the construction of the EFE matrix, the IFE, matrix, the IE matrix and the SPACE matrix. Also, an in-depth financial analysis is presented, consisting of a horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement, an analysis of the difference and ratio indicators, the overall IN05 indicator and the balance rules. The last section of the thesis provides an evaluation, an adjustment of the medium-term objectives and a strategy proposal which should help the company meet its medium-term objectives. |
