| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá důchodovými systémy a možností individuálního bezúčelového zhodnocení prostředků v České republice a Chorvatsku. Cíle této práce jsou provedení analýz obou důchodových systémů, jejich vzájemná komparace a také provedení analýz a zhodnocení možnosti individuálních úspor v obou zemích. V začátku práce jsou obecně charakterizovány důchodové systémy a jejich rozdělení. Dále se práce věnuje analýze českého důchodového systému, jeho vývoji a jeho současnému stavu. Po té je analyzován chorvatský důchodový systém, jeho vývoj od transformace ekonomiky k současnému stavu a současný stav. Současné stavy obou systémů jsou komparovány ve všech pilířích systému. Dalším bodem práce je analýza a zhodnocení individuální možnosti úspor v obou zemích. Práce je zakončena zhodnocením a doporučeními pro obě země vyplýváními z provedených analýz a komparací. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with pension systems and the possibility of individual non-purpose appreciation of financial resources in the Czech Republic and Croatia. The objectives of the thesis are to conduct an analysis of the two pension systems, to compare them, as well as to analyze and assess the possibilities of individual savings in both countries. At the beginning of the thesis, a general characterization of the two pension systems and their division is laid out. Next, the thesis focuses on an analysis of the Czech pension system, its development and present state. Further, the thesis contains an analysis of the Croatian retirement system, its development from the transformation of the economy to date, and its present state. The current state of the two systems is compared in terms of all the pillars of the pension systems. Another focus area is an analysis and assessment of the options of individual savings appreciation in the two countries. The thesis concludes with an evaluation and recommendations for both countries resulting from the analyses and comparisons conducted. |
