| Abstract: | Tato práce popisuje spolek jako zvláštní formu právnické osoby. Jejím cílem je najít a obecně popsat znaky, které charakterizují spolek jako právnickou osobu. To je předmětem první části této práce. Ve druhé části je popsán proces vzniku a zániku spolku. Třetí část se zabývá postavením členů spolku, členské schůze a statutárního orgánu v rámci spolkové činnosti. V závěrečné části jde o finanční náležitosti spolkové činnosti jako neziskové právní formy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis describes the associtaion as a special form of legal entity. The goal is to find and describe the general features, that characterize the association as a legal person. This is the subject of the first part of this work/thesis. The second part describes the process of constitution and disoluttion of such an organisation. The third part deals with the member position within the organisation, with the General Meeting and statutory authority. The final section focuses on the financial elements of a non-profit organisation. |
