| Abstract: | V teoretické části jsem se věnovala vymezení jednotlivých lidských potřeb. Blíže jsem se zaměřila na vnímání potřeb během nemoci především u dětských pacientů a jejich doprovázejících rodičů. Vymezuji specifické potřeby jednotlivých vývojových stádií dětského věku a poukazuji na rodiče jako silnou oporu dítěte. V závěru teoretické části vyzdvihuji pozici tzv. kontaktní sestry, pro níž jsou nejdůležitějšími faktory pro práci podpora spolupráce a účinná komunikace. Cílem práce je zjistit, do jaké míry je důležitá pozice kontaktní sestry na zdravotnickém pracovišti ve směru zkvalitnění komplexní péče o nemocné dítě a jeho rodinu. V praktické části práce sleduji kvantitativní výzkumné šetření provedené mezi rodiči hospitalizovaných dětí a to ve Fakultní nemocnici Motol v Praze, kde kontaktní sestra působí a Thomayerově nemocnici v Praze, kde kontaktní sestra nepůsobí. Šetření bylo prováděno anonymní dotazníkovou formou a výstup znázorněn komparací získaných výsledků pomocí grafů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theses consits of two sections, theoretical aned practical. The theoreticas section descrebes individual humas Leeds. I focus attetion for perception of need. For childrens patiens first and for the relations with parens basicly too. I define particular human needs of the all periods of childhood and Basicly I refer to parents, as the most important child´s background. In the end of the theoretical section I demonstated specialists nurses, for which the most important factors of work are mental suport, colaboration and effective comunication. The result of the theses are describe position of the specialists nurse in the systhems of healthcare, with accent for the more profesionality complexli child´s healthcare and his family. The second part od the theses is practical and sumarizes experenses of the parent, which I conected in Hospital Motol in Prague (this hospital has the specialist nurse) and Thomayer Hospital in Prague ( this hospital hasnt the specialist nurse). The experenses was colected with the anonymous questionnaire and results were showed by the using graphs. |
