| Abstract: | V této bakalářské práci je popisován ošetřovatelský proces u klienta s pleurálním syndromem. Je zaměřená na ošetřovatelskou péči o klienty na JIP kliniky TRN, kteří mají zavedenou hrudní drenáţ. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je rozvrţena do 8 hlavních kapitol, ve kterých je popsána anatomie a fyziologie plic. Dále se věnuji pleurálnímu syndromu, jeho symptomům, diagnostice a léčbě. V závěru teoretické části se zabývám hrudní drenáţí a punkcí, které jsou součástí léčby klienta. V praktické části je popsán ošetřovatelský proces u dvou klientů s pleurálním syndromem. Jako ošetřovatelský model jsem zvolila model Nancy Roperové. Dále se věnuji anamnestickým údajům a průběhu hospitalizace včetně plánu ošetřovatelské péče a edukačnímu plánu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis describes nursing process of a client with pleural syndrome. It focuses on the nursing care of clients at the ICU Lung Clinic who have a thoracic drainage established. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is composed of eight main chapters that generally describe lungs anatomy and physiology. Further, the pleural syndrome, its symptoms, diagnosis and treatment are explained. The end of theoretical part is dedicated to thoracic drainage and puncture, which is part of client's treatment. The practical part deals with the nursing process of two specific clients with pleural syndrome. I have chosen Nancy Roper model as a nursing model. The final part is devoted to anamnestic data and hospitalization process including the nursing care and education plan. |
