| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část zahrnuje koncept bazální stimulace, jeho historii, prvky, dělení a využití konceptu v praxi u pacientů na anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou výzkumných šetření. Kvantitativní výzkumné šetření je zpracováno na základě zaslaných anonymních dotazníků týkajících se konceptu bazální stimulace. Kvalitativní výzkumné šetření je zpracováno formou dvou kazuistik z nemocnic, kde se koncept BS používal a kde nikoliv. Závěr práce obsahuje návrhy na řešení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part deals with the concept of basal stimulation, its history, elements, division and usage of the concept in practice for patients in anaesthetic-resuscitate sections. The practical part deals with two experimental researches. The quantitative research is based on the sent anonymous questionnaires related to the concept of basal stimulation. The qualitative research is elaborated on the form of two casuistries in the hospitals where the concept BS was, or was not, used. The conclusion contains proposals for solutions. |
