| Abstract: | Hlavním obsahem bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta po cévní mozkové příhodě během hospitalizace na oddělení následné péče. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie mozku, míchy a fyziologie cévního zásobení mozku. Dále je tato část práce zaměřena na cévní mozkovou příhodu - její typy, klinické příznaky, rizikové faktory, diagnostiku a terapii. Druhá polovina teoretické části je věnována ošetřovatelské péči aplikací modelu Marjory Gordonové a úloze sestry v prevenci cévní mozkové příhody. V praktické části je vypracována kazuistika klientky po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě a sestaven ošetřovatelský proces včetně edukačních plánů. V závěru práce je shrnuta problematika, která toto onemocnění může doprovázet. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the nursing care of patient after a cerebrovascular accident during his hospitalization in the longterm residential care hospitals. A theoretical part briefly describes the anatomy of the brain and the spinal cord, the physiology of the vascular supply of the brain is also included. This part is also focuses on the general characteristics of cerebrovascular accident - kinds of cerebrovaskular accident, clinical symptoms, risk factors, diagnostics and therapy. The second part acquaints readers with the nursing care which uses the model of Marjory Gordon and the role of nurse in the prevention of cerebrovaskular accident. The practical part covers client case study after cerebral ischemia. It also describes the nursing care including the educational plan. The thesis concludes with summig up problems, which can occur during this illness. |
