| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o transplantacich, dárcích orgánů a je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o dárce orgánů s mozkovou smrtí. Teoretická část vytváří přehled o transplantacích, transplantačním zákonu, diagnostice mozkové smrti, následné péči a o úloze sestry v péči o dárce orgánů. V praktické části jsou analyzována data získaná ze zdravotnické dokumentace. Informace sloužily k sestavení kazuistiky, ošetřovatelského plánu a edukačního plánu pro blízké příbuzné dárce. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis disserts on transplantation, organ donors and focus on nursing care of organ donors with brain death diagnosed. Teoretical part makes summary of transplantation, organ transplant law, diagnostics of brain death, nursing care after and role of nurse in care for organ donor. In practical part is analysis of medical documentation data. All information has been used for composition of case study, nursing plan and edification plan for donor relatives. |
