Abstract:	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou diabetes mellitus 1. typu v dětském věku se zaměřením na primomanifestaci choroby. V teoretické části je zpracovaná problematika onemocnění s ohledem na znalosti, které jsou důležité pro sestry, pečující o dětské pacienty. V praktické části je zpracován ošetřovatelský plán pacientky se záchytem diabetes mellitus 1. typu.
Abstract in different language:	This bachelor thesis addresses diabetes mellitus type 1 in pediatric patients, specifically focusing on the primary manifestation of the disease. It is devided in two parts. The first, theoretical part, summarizes essential clinical knowledge necessary for pediatric nurses. The second, practical part, presents a nursing care plan for a patient newly diagnosed with diabetes type 1.
