| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení firmy KESSL spol. s r.o., prodejce stavebních materiálu, prostřednictvím analýzy trhu dodavatelů stavebních materiálů. Tato analýza má pomoci zmíněné firmě při realizaci konkurenční strategie. Nejdříve je provedena charakteristika firmy jak po formální stránce, tak i za pomoci vybraných finančních ukazatelů. Poté je popsán trh stavebních materiálů v Karlových Varech a následně je provedena samotná analýza, která je zpracována z pohledu zákazníka, a vyjadřuje tak rozdíly v přístupu jednotlivých firem k zákazníkům. Na závěr jsou vyhodnocena kritéria samotné analýzy a navrhnuta zlepšení stavebninám KESSL spol. s r.o. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis aims at the assessment of the company KESSL s.r.o. (Limited Liability Company-LLC), a supplier of building materials, by means of a market analysis of building material suppliers. The goal of this analysis is to help the above mentioned company implement a competitor´s strategy. First the company characteristic is carried out by means of applying formal criteria as well as some selected financial indicators. Next the market with building materials in Karlovy Vary is described and then the analysis itself is carried out as seen from the customer´s point of view because it is just this factor that can reflect the differences in the attitudes of the individual companies towards their customers. In conclusion the criteria of the analysis are evaluated and some improvements are proposed to the company Kessl building supply store LLC. |
