| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na intenzivní kognitivní rehabilitaci a její vliv na zlepšení schopností a dovedností pacienta po traumatu mozku z pohledu ergoterapeuta. V práci je uvedena definice a dělení kognitivních funkcí. Dále je zde popsán trénink těchto funkcí, traumatické poškození mozku, neurorehabilitace a ergoterapie u tohoto typu poranění. V praktické části je výzkum zaznamenaný pomocí kazuistického šetření. Toto šetření obsahuje sledování klientů s traumatickým postižením mozku, během měsíční intenzivní kognitivní rehabilitace. Je zde sledováno, zda tento typ rehabilitace je pro pacienty přínosný. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on intesive cognitive rehabilitation, its influence to improvement ability and skills of patient after the brain trauma from the perspective of ergotherapeute. In this thesis is mentioned definition, and division of cognitive function with its training, the damage of brain after trauma, neurorehabilitation and ergotherapeute in this case of damage. In practical part of thesis is research recorded using self-treatment. This treatment contains track of clients with traumatic brain damage during the monthly intensive cognitive rehabilitation.There is observe if these types of rehabilitations are beneficial for patients. |
