| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá etickými aspekty péče o seniory. Je to téma nejen aktuální a důležité, ale navíc přináší stále nové pohledy a podněty. Stejně jako se vyvíjí společnost změny ekonomické, politické, právní, mění se i možnosti v péči o seniory. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části jsou řešena teoretická východiska k danému tématu, např. problematika seniorského věku obecně, zákon o sociálních službách ČR, současná vládní politika směrem k seniorům apod. Druhá část práce je věnována empirickému šetření v Denním stacionáři pro seniory Fakultní nemocnice Plzeň. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo sedm klientů tohoto zařízení. Šetření probíhalo formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Takto získaná data byla dále zapisována, tříděna a analyzována. Bakalářská práce vyústila do závěru, že v současné době je tento typ péče (pobyt v denním stacionáři pro seniory) po stránce etické optimální, jak pro samotné seniory, tak jejich blízké příbuzné. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented bachelor thesis deals with ethical aspects of care for senior citizens. This topic is not only topical and important but in addition, it continually offers new perspectives and ideas. The possibilities of care for senior citizens change together with the society development in economical, political and legal areas. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theoretical background of the topic given, e.g. the issue of senior age in general, Social Service Law in the Czech Republic, current government´s policy towards seniors etc. The second part is devoted to the empirical study in the Day Care Centre for Elderly in the University Hospital Pilsen. Seven clients of the centre participated in this research. The survey was conducted in the form of semi-structured interview. The acquired data were registered, classified and analyzed. The bachelor thesis resulted in the conclusion that at present, this type of care (stay in the Day Care Centre for Elderly) is ethically optimal, both for the elderly and their close relatives. |
