| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá popisem, klasifikací, historií jednotlivých druhů STI i současným stavem jejich výskytu. Problematika představuje součást vědního oboru dermatovenerologie a patří k jeho hlavním úkolům. Teoretická část také objasňuje základní legislativní předpisy z okruhu venerologie. Práce se dále zabývá vysvětlením některých souvisejících pojmů, jako jsou sexuální orientace, nebo drogová závislost a zejména možnostmi prevence. Vysvětluje pojmy depistáž a dispenzarizace. Praktická část se věnuje výzkumu se zaměřením na oblast rizikového sexuálního chování i samotného výskytu STI v populaci. Hlavním záměrem je ukázat potřebu a význam depistážní služby. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work deals with the description and classification of different types of STI. The history and current state of occurrence of these diseases. Characterizes the scientific field of Dermatology and Venereology, including its main tasks. The theoretical part also explains the basic legislative acts of the scope Venereology. The work also deals with the explanation of some related concepts such as sexual orientation or drug dependence, and in particular the possibilities of prevention. Explains concepts - screening and dispensary. The practical part is devoted to research focusing on sexual risk behavior and the actual incidence of STI in the population. The main intention is to show the importance screening services. |
