| Abstract: | V této bakalářské práci se zabýváme edukací klientů s dlouhodobou enterální výživou. V teoretické části bakalářské práce popisujeme funkční řešení a možnosti druhů výživy, která je potřebná, dostatečná a vyhovující organismu nemocného jedince. Popisujeme zde prevenci, aby celý proces tohoto druhu výživy probíhal takovým způsobem, který komplikace vyloučí, případně eliminuje. Popisujeme zde také velice důležitý pojem edukace. V praktické části sledujeme vlastní problematiku dlouhodobé enterální výživy a shrnujeme zde získaná data klientů tak, aby tyto údaje bylo možno následně zohlednit při edukaci. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the bachelor thesis, We focuse on education of clients with long-term enteral diet. There is a description of functional solutions and possible sorts of diets in the theoretical part of the thesis, that are mandatory, sufficient and suitable for the organism of ill patient. There is a description of the whole proces of enteral diet including prevention, that eliminates the complications, along with the education of the patient, which is very important part. The practical part of the thesis contains the data of the patient using long-term enteral diet. We summarize the obtained data, so they could be used for education of other patient in general. |
