| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá nácvikem a zdokonalování herních obranných činností brankáře na výkonnostní úrovni. Cílem této práce je tvorba multimediálního DVD. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části - teoreticky písemnou a hlavní praktickou část. Bakalářská práce je v teoretické části obsahuje stručnou historii fotbalu a fotbalového brankáře. Dalším oddílem teoretické části je zaměření na současné pojetí hry brankáře. Součástí teoretické části je také rozbor obranných herních činností brankáře a metodika tréninkového procesu. Praktická část obsahuje DVD s inventářem cvičení pro nácvik a zdokonalování herních obranných činností brankáře. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis concerns practice and improvement of gaming activities on level efficiency football.The goal of this thesis is making a multimedia video, which is focused on practicing and improving defending gaming skills of the goalkeeper. The whole thesis is devided on to two main parts - thereotical written and the other one concerns main practical part. In the thereotical part of the bachelor thesis, there are information about the history of the football and the football goalkeeper. Another part includes current concept of the game style of the goalkeeper. Part of the thereotical part is also an analysis of defending activities and the methodology of the goalkeeper. The practical section includes a DVD with a inventory of an exercises needed for improvement and training of the defending skill and activities of the goalkeeper. |
