| Abstract: | Diplomové práce "Srovnání výkonnosti penzijních fondů v České republice a v zahraničí" je analýza důchodového systému v České republice z hlediska mezigenerační solidarity, solidarity bohatých s chudými a z hlediska zásluhovosti. Demografický vývoj vyžaduje nutnost důchodové reformy. V další části diplomové práce je charakterizována úloha penzijních fondů v penzijním systému České republiky, Německa a Francie a popsána legislativní pravidla pro činnost penzijních fondů v České republice a ve Francii a provedeno srovnání penzijního připojištění těchto dvou zemí. V poslední části diplomové práce je analyzována a porovnána výkonnost penzijních fondů v České republice, Německu a Francii, charakterizována investiční strategie českých a německých penzijních fondů a zjištěny příčiny nízké výkonnosti penzijních fondů v České republice. |
| Abstract in different language: | Diploma thesis "Performance Comparison of Pension Funds in the Czech Republic and abroad" contains the analysis of the pension system in the Czech Republic regarding the intergenerational aspect, the rich and poor consciousness, and last but not least, it shows interpretation based on merits. Demographic progress reflects the need of the pension reformation. Part of the thesis is focused on the pension funds´ problem in the Czech Republic, Germany and France. Legislation of the pension funds´ operation in the Czech Republic and France is described and a pension fund comparison between the two countries is performed. In the last part of the thesis, pension funds´ performance in the Czech Republic, Germany and France is evaluated. The investment strategy of the Czech and German pension funds is defined and reasons for a low performance quality within the Czech pension funds are given. |
