| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na míru informovanosti rodičů novorozenců, kteří byli hospitalizováni na oddělení JIP nebo JIRP. Teoretická část pojednává především o nemocných a nezralých nově narozených dětech. V jednotlivých kapitolách je blíže přiblížen vývoj neonatologie a ošetřovatelská péče na jednotkách intenzivní péče. Důležitá je nejen pomoc těmto nejmenším pacientům, ale i vztah a přístup k jejich rodičům. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, zdali informace podané zdravotnickým personálem jsou pro ženy dostačující a také přijít na to, jaké mají povědomí o péči, která je poskytovaná jejich dětem na těchto odděleních. Práce má poukázat na to, jak na matky těchto novorozenců působila jednotlivá zdravotnická pracoviště. Dle mého výzkumu je většina respondentek spokojena s péčí poskytnutou nemocnicí a s možnostmi, které jim oddělení nabídlo. Téměř polovina žen uvádí jako problém nedostatek informací. Nejvíce postrádají znalosti v oblasti kojení, které jim nebyly na oddělení předány. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the level of awareness of parents of newborns who were hospitalized in the ICU or neonatal ICU department. The theoretical part deals mainly with sick and immature newborn children. Individual chapters in this thesis describe the development of neonatology and nursing care in NICUs. It is not only vital to help these smallest of patients, but also the relationship and attitude towards their parents. The aim of the practical part is to discover what specific knowledge and perception do women have of the care being provided for their children is in these departments and to come to conclusion, wheter the information provided by the medical staff is sufficient enough. The intent of this thesis is to examine and describe how mothers of these newborns were treated by individual health care facilities. According to the research, most mothers are satisfied with the care provided by the hospital and with the possibilites offered by the department. Almost half of women, however, report a lack of information received, which they view as a problem. They mostly lack adequate breastfeeding knowledge which is rarely passed on by the department. |
