| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je podpora vzdělávání všeobecných sester v oblasti kvality péče ze strany zaměstnavatele. Téma je aktuální, neboť se neustále zvyšují nároky na kvalitu péče. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá vzděláváním všeobecných sester od historie až po současnost, zároveň je nastíněna aktuální legislativa regulující vzdělávání všeobecných sester. Následující teoretická část diplomové práce se věnuje kvalitě ošetřovatelské péče a modely řízení kvality ve zdravotnictví. V závěru teoretické části diplomové práce je zmíněna motivace a podpora zaměstnanců ze strany zaměstnavatele. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, zda jsou všeobecné sestry podporovány a motivovány zaměstnavatelem ke vzdělávání v oblasti kvality péče, proto empirická část diplomové práce obsahuje výsledky kvalitativní výzkumné šetření, které vyhodnocuje názory všeobecných sester na vzdělávání v oblasti kvality péče a motivaci ze strany zaměstnavatele. |
| Abstract in different language: | This master's thesis focuses on employer support of education of general nurses in the area of quality of care. The aforementioned area of focus is highly relevant due to the constantly growing quality of care standards. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and empirical. Theoretical part focuses on education of general nurses throughout history and the present, along with current legislature regulating education of general nurses. The following theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the quality of nursing care and quality management models in healthcare. In the conclusion theoretical part of the thesis the motivation and support of employees by the employer is mentioned. The main goal was to estabilish whether general nurses are supported and motivated by the employer to educate themselves in the area of quality of care, therefore the empirical part of the thesis comprises of result of a qualitative research that evaluates opinions of general nurses regarding education in the area of quality of care and motivation provided by the employer. |
