| Abstract: | Spolčovací právo garantuje sdružování fyzických, ale i právnických osob, vytvářet spolky, společnosti a další sdružení. Jedná se o právo politické, které právní úprava může vymezit v širším či užším smyslu a může stanovit či upravit podmínky vzniku spolku, jeho činnosti či jeho rozpuštění atd. Předmětem tohoto článku je právní úprava spolkového práva v období první Československé republiky, týkající se zejména činnosti spolku a problematiky rozpuštění spolku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The right to associate guarantees the possibility of both natural and legal persons to create associations, companies and other corporations. It is a political right that can be further defined by law in wider or narrower sense, and law can also define or adjust the conditions for creating an association, of its activities, for its dissolution etc. The object of this paper is the legal regulation of the right to associate and association law during the first Czechoslovak republic, especially concerning the activities of an association and the issue of its dissolution |
