Abstract in different language: | In this paper I focus on the metods of identification of the cylinder electromagnetic field over induction equipment according to its configuration – inductor, charge and shielding of the electromagnetic field. The results obtained by measuring of the model were verified by computer simulation in RillFEM accomplished on the basis of entered values corresponding with the physical model, and by analytical calculation. Analytical calculation, computer simulation and measuring concern the inductor from the laboratory of the electro-thermal technology. Following the article from the last year I deal with alternative configuration of the coil with the aim to identify the electromagnetic field. Next part is focused on supplementary construction elements of the real induction crucible furnace to optimize the heating of the inserted workpiece and it is also focused on thermal dilatation of the shirink-ring using induction heating. |
