| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je "Finanční zajištění na stáří v České republice". Cílem je z teoretického hlediska popsat současný důchodový systém České republiky a následně ho porovnat s důchodovým systémem Rakouské republiky. Vzájemná komparace těchto dvou systémů poslouží jako zdroj inspirace pro návrhy a doporučení, jež povedou ke zlepšení toho českého. Následuje stručný popis vybraných alternativ s cílem zajištění se na stáří. Tento popis slouží jako podklad pro následnou analýzu vybraných produktů, která proběhne prostřednictvím dvou modelových příkladů. Jednotlivé modelové příklady se liší věkem subjektu a celkovou dobou spoření. V závěru jsou vybrané produkty porovnány dle zvolených vlastností, které mohou být pro potenciální zájemce zásadní při jejich výběru. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this thesis is: "Financial Security for Retirement in the Czech Republic". The main goal is to describe the current pension system of the Czech Republic from a theoretical point of view and then comapre it with the pension system of the Republic of Austria. The mutual comparison of these two systems serves as a source of inspiration for proposals and recommendations that will lead to the improvement of the Czech system. The following is a brief description of selected alternatives with the aim of providing for old age. This description serve as a basis for the subsequent analysis of the selected products, which will take place through two model examples. The individual model examples differ in the subject´s age and total savings horizont. At the end, the selected products are compared according to the selected features, which may be essential for potential interested parties when choosing them. |
