| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou stability pracovního poměru. Zaměřuje se na postavení vedoucích zaměstnanců, jejich odvolání z funkce, nabídkovou povinnost a případnou fikci nadbytečnosti. Stabilita zaměstnání vedoucích zaměstnanců je porovnávána s ochranou poskytovanou běžným zaměstnancům. Za pomoci zkoumání judikatury Nejvyššího soudu obsahuje práce též návrhy de lege ferenda, kterými by bylo možné stabilitu pracovního poměru do budoucna zlepšit. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis addresses the protection of the labour relations stability. It focuses on the status of senior employees, their removal from office, the duty to offer and the possible fiction of redundancy. The employment stability of senior employees is compared with the protection provided to ordinary employees. By examining the case law of the Supreme Court, the thesis also contains de lege ferenda proposals that could improve the stability of the labour relations in the future. |
