| Abstract: | V této práci se pokusím porovnat jednotlivá klasická zpracování s dalšími, moderními či současnými dramatizacemi. Faidra je antická mytická postava, která se zamiluje do svého nevlastního syna Hippolyta, ačkoliv je vdaná za krále Thesea. Klasické zpracování tohoto tématu zpracoval řecký dramatik Euripides. Dalším klasickým zpracováním je Faidra římského dramatika L. A. Seneky. Mezi moderní či současné adaptace patří díla Jeana Racina a Sarah Kane. |
| Abstract in different language: | In this essay I would like make a comparasion of classic individual adaptations with other modern and present dramatizations. Faidra is a mythical person during Classical Greece age, who falls in love with her stepson Hippolytus. Although Phaedra is Theseus´s wife. Classical adaptation of this topic wrote Greek dramatist Euripides. Another classical adaptation is "Phaedra" of Roman author L. A. Seneca. Modern or contemporary adaptations are works by Jean Racine and Sarah Kane. |
