| Abstract: | Tato práce popisuje komplexní rehabilitaci u klientů s popáleninami. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na anatomii a fyziologii kůže, diagnostiku rozsahu a hloubky popálenin, léčbu a komplexní rehabilitaci. Praktická část obsahuje 2 kazuistiky, které obsahují odebranou anamnéza, vstupní a výstupní vyšetření a průběh terapie. Z výsledků je patrné, že během terapie došlo ke zlepšení kloubních rozsahů a rozvoji samostatnosti a soběstačnosti pacienta. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis describes a complex rehabilitation at clients with burns. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is focused on the anatomy and physiology of the skin, the diagnostics of the extent and depth of burns, their treatment and complex physiotherapy. The practical part includes two case studies that include history-taking, entry and exit examinations and the course of therapy. The results show that therapy managed to improve the joint range and encouraged patient autonomy and self-sufficiency. |
