| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta s Alzheimerovou chorobou v domácí péči. Teoretická část popisuje samotné onemocnění, jeho příčinu vzniku, diagnostiku a možnosti léčby. Je zde popsán přístup k pacientům s Alzheimerovou chorobou a popsán vybraný koncepční model Nancy Roperové. Další téma je historie a nastínění fungování domácí péče. Praktická část je zaměřena na problematiku ošetřovatelského procesu v domácí péči s výsledkem uplatnění koncepčního modelu v agentuře domácí péče. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis focuses on the nursing care of a patient with Alzheimer's disease at home. The theoretical component describes the disease itself, its cause, diagnosis and possible medical treatments. It describes the approach towards patients with Alzheimer's disease and describes Nancy Roper's conceptual model of nursing. The following component outlines the history of home care and what it entails. The practical component focuses on issues that arise as a result of applying the conceptual model in a home care agency. |
