| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma "Monitoring zaměstnanců ve světle judikatury ČR" poskytuje základní vhled do problematiky monitoringu zaměstnanců. Diplomová práce je členěna do čtyř kapitol. Nejprve bude poskytnut nástin právní úpravy monitoringu zaměstnanců. Druhá kapitola pojednává o jednotlivých formách monitoringu, pozornost je v této kapitole věnována též relevantní judikatuře. Třetí kapitola pojednává o vybraných povinnostech zaměstnavatelů. Poslední kapitola komparativně porovnává právní úpravu monitoringu v České republice s právní úpravou ve Finsku a Německu. V této kapitole je čerpáno také z německé judikatury. |
| Abstract in different language: | Diploma thesis "Employee monitoring in the light of the case law of the Czech Republic" provides a basic insight into the issue of employee monitoring. The diploma thesis is divided into four chapters. At first, an outline of employee monitoring legislation is provided. The second Chapter deals with individual forms of monitoring and likewise pays attention to the relevant case law. The third Chapter deals with certain obligations of employers. The last Chapter compares the legal regulation of monitoring in the Czech Republic with the legal regulation in Finland and Germany. This chapter also draws on German case law. |
