Abstract in different language: The smooth running of the company is bound to the observance of legal norms (follow them - it is necessary and enforceable), but also the long term, the application of ethical principles most often structured in the form a code of ethics or corporate culture and to behave ethically, it is to be socially responsible company towards its surroundings. Statement of the ancient Romans "Why does not law that prevented stud" should happen in the current period of development of the world affected the process of globalization and economic crisis, the basic motto of every business and institutional entity. Yet we meet with many, often hidden, manifestations of unethical - socially irresponsible behavior of companies or institutions to the final consumer. Some of them are pointed in the Article also indicated suggested as a solution in terms of consumer protection.
