dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá invazivními formami meningokokových onemocnění. V teoretické části popisuje etiologii, patogenezi a terapii těchto onemocnění včetně přednemocniční neodkladné péče. V závěru se práce zaměřuje na epidemiologii, stav v ČR a profylaxi. Praktická část sleduje schopnost záchranářů rozpoznat tato onemocnění a schopnost aplikovat správný postup v souladu se standardem efektivní klinické péče v přednemocniční neodkladné péči pro invazivní meningokoková onemocnění.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on invasive forms of meningococcal disease. A theoretical part has comprised etiology, pathogenesis, therapy of this disease including pre-hospital urgent care. Conclusion of the theoretical part is aimed at epidemiology, situation in the Czech republic and prophylaxis. A practical part is concentrated on paramedic rescue workers´ abilities to recognize the meningococcal disease and skills to apply a right procedure according to standards of effective clinical care in pre-hospital urgent care necessary for invasive meningococcal disease.en
