Abstract: Bakalářská práce na téma Magnetická rezonance kolenního kloubu se skládá z části teoretické a z části praktické. Teoretická část má dvě kapitoly. V první kapitole je popsána anatomie kolenního kloubu, z čeho se kloub skládá a jak funguje. Dále jsou zde popsány patologické nálezy, které se mohou v koleni objevit a jejich hodnocení pomocí magnetické rezonance. Druhá kapitola popisuje princip fungování magnetické rezonance, z jakých částí se přístroj pro magnetickou rezonanci skládá a kontrastní látky Praktická část je kvantitativní výzkum dělaný formou statistického šetření. Toto šetření se zabývá nejčastějšími indikacemi, postiženou anatomickou strukturou a operačními procesy po vyšetření magnetickou rezonancí. Statistická data jsou doplněna o kazuistiky k cílům práce, jako příklad.
Abstract in different language: The bachelor thesis deals with the Magnetic resonance of knee joint. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. Theoretical part has two chapters. In the first chapter is anatomical description of knee joint, its structure and its function. Furthermore, there are descriptions and magnetic resonance assessments of pathological findings that can appear in a knee. The second chapter describes the functioning of magnetic resonance, which parts is the machine for magnetic resonance made of and other contrasting substances. The practical part deals with quantitative research practised by statistical investigation. This investigation concerns about the most common indications, infested anatomical structure and about surgical procedures after magnetic resonance check-up. Statistic data, as an example, are supplemented by the case studies to the objectives of the thesis.
