| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá anaerobními sporulujícími bakteriemi rodu Clostridium se zaměřením na Clostridium difficile. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část nejprve obecně popisuje rod Clostridium, dále charakterizuje nejvýznamnější zástupce, popisuje jejich výskyt a patogenitu. Rozebírá také diagnostiku a léčbu jimi způsobených onemocnění. Praktická část se soustředí na diagnostiku a výskyt Clostridium difficile ve Fakultní nemocnici v Plzni v letech 2012-2016. Výsledkem je sestavená statistika dat z membránové enzymatické imunoanalýzy a real-time PCR vyšetření stolice se zaměřením na počet vyšetřených vzorků, na věk a pohlaví pacientů jako rizikových faktorů vzniku CDI (Clostridium difficile infection). |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis deals with anaerobic spore-forming bacteria of the Clostridium genus focusing on Clostridium difficile. The thesis is dividend into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part generally describes the Clostridium genus, further it characterizes the most signifiant representatives, it describes their prevalence and pathogenicity. It also describes the diagnosis and treatment of diseases caused by them. The practical part focuses on diagnostics and the incidence of Clostridium difficile at University Hospital Pilsen in the years 2012-2016. The result is a compilation of statistical data of membrane enzyme immunoassay and real-time PCR stool examination. It focuses on the number of tested samples, age and sex of patients as risk factors of CDI (Clostridium difficile infection). |
