| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje popisu B-lymfocytů a jejich funkci v imunitním systému. Popisuje vrozenou poruchu imunity běžnou variabilní imunodeficienci, její klinické projevy, možnosti diagnostiky a systémy klasifikace. Pomocí mnohobarevné průtokové cytometrie byly stanoveny subpopulace B-lymfocytů u dětí a dospělých s tímto onemocněním. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is devoted to the description of B-cells and their function in the immune system. It describes the humoral innate immune disorder common variable immunodeficiency, its clinical manifestations, methods of diagnosis and classification. Subpopulations of B-cells in children and adults with this disease were measured multicolor flow cytometry. |
