| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním vývoje jednotlivých subpopulací u pacientů po transplantaci hematopoetických buněk. Práce je složená z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá leukocyty a popisem jednotlivých lymfocytů. Dále tato část je zaměřena na nejčastější hemato-onkologické onemocnění a druhy transplantací. Praktická část znázorňuje zpracování vzorku, grafické a statistické vyhodnocení dat, které jsou znázorněny v tabulkách v příloze. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the monitoring of the development of individual leukocytes subpopulations in patients after allogeneic transplantation of hematopoietic cells. The work is composed of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with description of development and fuction of leukocytes focusing on lymfocyte subsets. Additionally, this section describe also the most common blood-cancer and types of grafts. The practical part shows the sample processing and results and their evalution in tables and graphs. |
