dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou péče o dárce orgánů se zaměřením především na dárce kadaverózní. Cílem teoretické části je popsat specifika péče o dárce a shrnout základní informace o vývoji transplantační medicíny a současném stavu transplantačního programu v České republice. Dále se teoretická část zabývá právní problematkou dárcovství, popisem smrti mozku a její diagnostikou a patofyziologickými změnami a z nich vycházejícími komplikacemi, které přímo určují specifika péče o kadaverózní dárce. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje etickým otázkám obklopujícím péči o dárce, smrt mozku a problematiku souhlasu s dárcovstvím. Praktická část práce je zaměřená na propojení teoretického popisu péče o dárce a ukázek z praxe v podobě kazuistik a dopad který smrt dárce má na jeho pozůstalé. Kazuistiky jsou následovány statistikou zpracovávající počty kadaverózních dárců, jejichž orgány byly odebrány v transplantačních centrech ČR, Slovenska, Německa, Polska a Rakouska v letech 2013 2017.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with caring for organ donors and is mainly focused on cadaveric donors. The theoretical part aims to describe the specifics of caring for donors and to summarize the information on the history of transplantation medicine and on the contemporary transplantation agenda in Czechia. The theoretical part continues with the legislation on organ donation, describing brain death and its diagnostic process, the pathophysiological changes and the complications associated with them which directly determine the specifics of caring for cadaveric donors. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the ethical issues surrounding care for donors, brain death and the dilemma of consent for donation. The practical part links the theoretical background with examples from medical practice in the form of case studies and focuses on the impact the donor's death has on their families. The case studies are followed by a statistic which recounts the number of cadaveric donors whose organs have been explanted in Czechia, Slovakia, Germany, Poland and Austria between the years 2013 2017.en
