| Abstrakt: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku implementace informačního systému (především ERP systém) a na faktory ovlivňující úspěšnou implementaci ERP systému. V teoretické části práce je stanoven cíl bakalářské práce, vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti informačních systémů a popsána jejich charakteristika a role v podniku. Dále se teoretická část práce zaměřuje na popis procesu před implementací informačního systému, na faktory výběru dodavatele informačního systému, na hlavní podmínky úspěchu projektu implementace informačního systému a na dopady na podnik, které způsobuje změna ERP systému. Těžištěm bakalářské práce je praktická část, v níž je rozpracován projekt implementace jednoho ze dvou ERP systémů v daném podniku, a jsou popsány problémy, s nimiž se firma, ve které je ERP systém implementován, potýká. Bakalářskou práci uzavírá vyhodnocení přínosů a případných nedostatků realizované změny informačního systému v daném podniku a doporučení pro další projekt v řadě implementaci druhého ERP systému v daném podniku. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the implementation of the information system (especially the ERP system) and on the factors influencing the successful implementation of the ERP system. The theoretical part of the thesis sets out the aim of the bachelor thesis, explains the basic concepts in the field of information systems and describes their characteristics and roles in the company. In addition, the theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the description of the process prior to the implementation of the information system, the factors of choice of the information system supplier, the main conditions of implementing the information system project and the impact on the enterprise that is caused by the change of the ERP system. The main focus of the bachelor thesis is a practical part in which the project of implementation of one of two ERP systems in a given company is being developed. The problems of the company in which the ERP system is implemented are described. The bachelor thesis concludes an evaluation of the benefits and possible shortcomings of the implemented changes of the information system in the given company and recommendations for a following project - implementation of the second ERP system in the given enterprise. |
