dc.description.abstractPředmětem bakalářské práce je strategická analýza prostředí vybrané organizace, charakteristika současné situace a její postavení prostřednictvím vnějších a vnitřních analýz okolí podniku. Práce je standartně rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování základních pojmů a východisek z oblasti strategického řízení a strategické analýzy včetně vymezení analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního okolí podniku. Na základě provedených analýz jsou zjištěné výsledky shrnuty ve SWOT analýze. V praktické části jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na vybranou společnost Zbirovia, a. s., která se zabývá výrobou ručního řemeslnického nářadí a výkovků. Závěr této práce se věnuje navrženým opatřením a jejich potenciální dopad na další vývoj společnosti.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of the bachelor thesis is a strategic analysis of the environment of the selected organization, characterization of the current situation and its position through external and internal analysis of the company's environment. The thesis is standardly divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic concepts and background in the field of strategic management and strategic analysis, including the definition of the analysis of the external and internal environment of the enterprise. Based on the analyses performed, the results are summarized in a SWOT analysis. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is applied to the selected company Zbirovia, a. s., which is engaged in the production of hand tools and forgings. The conclusion of this thesis is devoted to the proposed measures and their potential impact on the further development of the company.en
