| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu stavu implementace moderních trendů managementu organizací. Teoretická část práce začíná definováním managementu, jeho pojetím a historií. Dále se práce zabývá osobou manažera, manažerskými kompetencemi a styly vedení. Z části věnované teorii jsou nejdůležitější vybrané manažerské trendy. Empirický výzkum je vypracován na základě dotazníkového šetření, které je zaměřené na analýzu manažerských trendů. Analýza provedeného šetření sloužila k vyhodnocení cíle bakalářské práce. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit stav implementace vybraných trendů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the state of implementation of modern trends in the management of organizations. The theoretical part of the thesis starts with the definition of management, its concept and its history. Then the thesis deals with the person of the manager, managerial competencies and leadership styles. From the part devoted to theory, selected managerial trends are the most important. The empirical research is developed based on a questionnaire survey, which is aimed at analyzing managerial trends. The analysis of the conducted survey served to evaluate the aim of the bachelor thesis. The bachelor thesis aimed to find out the status of the implementation of the selected trends. |
