dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou edukace pacientů s umělou výživou. Pacienti s konkrétním onemocněním nemohou přijímat potravu běžným způsobem a je jim lékařem indikována umělá výživa podávaná přímo do trávicího traktu nebo do cévního systému. Jedná se buď o onkologicky nemocné, o nemocné s idiopatickými střevními záněty, nebo o nemocné s malnutricí. Počet nemocných s těmito onemocněními, kteří jsou odkázáni na umělou výživu, stále stoupá. V minulém roce byl počet nemocných, kteří prošli edukací na I. Interní klinice, z důvodu zavedení umělé výživy cca 1500. U těchto pacientů se zavádí PEG nebo NGS, přes kterou jsou vyživováni pomocí enterální pumpy. Tito pacienti jsou nutriční sestrou edukováni v ovládání a péči jak o gastrickou sondu, tak i o pumpu a následně propuštěni do domácí péče, kde sami nebo za pomoci rodiny obsluhují pumpu, která jim zajišťuje příjem výživy. Nutriční sestra pacientům připraví v tištěné formě krátké shrnutí o používání enterální pumpy a péči o sondu. Tato forma edukace je ovšem nedostačující, protože návod není podrobný a neuvádí řešení konkrétních problému, které mohou při ovládání enterální pumpy nebo při péči o sondu nastat. Cílem práce je zefektivnit edukaci tak, aby se co nejvíce eliminovaly problémy vzniklé s používáním enterální pumpy, sondy a její příslušenství. Na základě těchto poznatků byl vytvořen návrh videa, které by nemocným a jejich rodinám pomohlo vyřešit ty nejčastější problémy s používáním enterální pumpy.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the issue of education of patients with artificial nutrition. Patients with a specific disease cannot take food in the usual way and are prescribed artificial nutrition administered directly into the digestive tract or vascular system by a doctor. These are either oncological patients, patients with idiopathic intestinal inflammation, or patients with malnutrition. The number of patients with these diseases who are dependent on artificial nutrition is still increasing. Last year, the number of patients who underwent education at the I. Internal Clinic due to the introduction of artificial nutrition was approximately 1,500. These patients are introduced to PEG or NGS, through which they are fed using an enteral pump. These patients are educated by a nutrition nurse in the control and care of both the gastric tube and the pump and are subsequently discharged to home care, where they operate the pump themselves or with the help of their family, which ensures their intake of nutrition. The nutrition nurse prepares a short summary for patients in printed form about the use of the enteral pump and the care of the feeding tube. However, this form of education is insufficient because the instructions are not detailed and do not provide solutions to specific problems that may arise when operating the enteral pump or when caring for the tube. The goal of the work is to make education more efficient in order to eliminate as much as possible problems arising from the use of an enteral pump, probe and its accessories. Based on these findings, a video proposal was created to help patients and their families solve the most common problems with the use of an enteral pump.en
