dc.description.abstractPředložená práce se zabývá významem time managementu a jeho hlavními technikami. První čast je teoretická. Popisuje metody při stanovení cílů, plánování, rozhodování, organizování a realizaci, uvádí zde cíle a vychodiska time managementu. Praktická část představuje charakteristiku společnosti IntraWorlds, s.r.o., analyzování a hodnocení práce jejího jednatele a řadu návrhů a doporučení pro zdokonalení systému time managementu v práci vedoucího. V závěru práce je zdůvodněna důležitost a užitečnost metod time managementu.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe goal of the present thesis is discovering of the importance of time management. During the work the main techniques of time management are discussed. The thesis is organized as follows: the first chapter of the work is oriented towards a literature study concerning methods and approaches of goal setting, planning, decision-making. Particular emphasis is placed on implementation and organization. Chapter is also describe the history and the goals of time management. The latter part contains the presentation of IntraWorlds company, Ltd. The chapter analyzes the work of a manager and suggests improvements to the time management system for managers.en
