| Abstrakt: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na edukaci a edukační proces u geriatrických pacientů. Část teoretická pojednává o významu edukace, o edukačním procesu, jeho fázích, ovlivňujících faktorech a didaktických principech edukace. Zmiňuje cíle edukace, pomůcky při edukaci, edukační záznam a roli zdravotníka edukátora. Definuje také geriatrického pacienta, proces stárnutí a stáří a změny s ním související. Popisuje vztah rodina a starý člověk, zdraví a nemoci ve stáří, ošetřovatelské problémy a úlohu sestry při edukaci geriatrických pacientů. Praktickou část tvoří analýza dat kvantitativního průzkumu zaměřeného na všeobecné sestry pracující na standardních odděleních nemocnic. Jsou zde zpracovány údaje o jejich znalostech o edukaci a změnách ve stáří ovlivňující edukační proces, realitě provádění edukace v praxi a edukaci rodiny. Tato diplomová práce poukazuje na důležitost edukace u geriatrických pacientů, umění edukace a je příspěvkem k zamyšlení a doplnění znalostí na uvedené téma. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | The dissertation is focused on the education and the educational process of geriatric patients. The theoretical part examines the education,the educational process and its phases, the influencing factors and didactic principles of the education. It mentions the aims of education, the aids in the education, the educational record and the role of a health educator. The thesis defines also the geriatric patient, the aging proces, the old age and changes related to this.It describes the relationships between the family and the old man,the health and diseasec in old age, the nursing problems and the role of nurse in the education of geriatric patients. The practical part consists of the analysis of quantitative research which focuses on the nurses working in standard wards of hospitals. In this part, the data about the nurses´s knowledge in education and changes in old age, which influence educational process, are elaborated, also the actual implementation of education in practice and the education of family. This thesis emphasizes the significance of education of geriatric patients, the ability of education and it should help to all of us with our reflection and the completion of the knowledge about this topic. |
