| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s východisky a stěžejními argumenty feministické reflexe islámu. Práce se tedy zabývá otázkou interpretace islámských náboženských textů (zejména Koránu) z pohledu feministického diskurzu. Autorka se soustředí na témata spjatá s otázkou postavení ženy v muslimské společnosti a pracuje s díly muslimských (feministických) autorek, které se pokoušejí obhajovat postavení ženy na Blízkém východě z pozice islámu. Práce je rozčleněna do tří hlavních kapitol a několika podkapitol. První část nabízí teoretický úvod do zkoumané problematiky s důrazem na vyjasnění základních pojmů. Další kapitola se již věnuje samotnému rozboru jednotlivých témat z pohledu vybraných myslitelek. Poslední kapitola nabízí stručný pohled na současnou situaci muslimek ve společnosti zejména s ohledem na proces Arabského jara a na vztah západního (sekulárního) feminismu k tomu islámskému a zamýšlí se nad možnostmi, zda a jak feministická exegeze pomohla (či může pomoci) ke zlepšení postavení žen. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis aims to introduce the reader to the core arguments of feminist reflection of Islam. The paper deals with the interpretation of Islamic religious texts (especilly the Quran) from the perspective of feminist discourse. The text focuses on topics connected with the question of the status of women in Muslim society and works with the books and articles of Muslim (feminist) authors who try to defend the position of women in the Middle East from the position of Islam. The work is divided into three major sections and several subsections. The first chapter provides an introduction to the issues examined, with emphasis on clarifying the basic concepts. Second chapter focuses on the analysis of the different topics from the perspective of selected writers. The final chapter offers a brief look at the current situation of Muslim women in society, especially with regard to the process of the Arab Spring and the relationship of the western (secular) feminism to Islamic feminism and considers the possibility whether (and how) the feminist exegesis of Islam helps to improve the status of women. |
