| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti podniku RYOR a.s. V teoretické části bakalářské práce popisuji jednotlivé metody strategického plánování, koncepty strategického řízení a analýzy. Velkou pozornost věnuji popisu základních analýz potřebných pro definování strategického plánu podniku. Teoretická část je sepsána s ohledem na konkrétní podnik uvedený v praktické části. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na návrh doporučených strategií pro firmu RYOR a.s. Samotnému návrhu předchází detailní analýza firmy, její pozice na trhu, zmapování konkurence, zákazníků, rozbor silných a slabých stránek firmy a analýza makroprostředí pro firmu RYOR a.s. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted bachelor´s thesis concentrates on the analysis of competitiveness of the company RYOR a.s. In the theoretical part of my bachelor´s thesis I describe individual methods of strategic planning, conceps of strategic management and analysis. I pay close attention to the description of basic analyses needed for defining the strategic plan of the company. The theoretical part is drawn up with respect to the particular company mentioned in the practical part. In the practical part I focused on making the proposal of the recommended strategies for the company RYOR a. s. The proposal itself is preceded by the detailed analysis of the company, its position on the market, mapping competition, costumers, analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the company and the analysis of the macro-environment for the company RYOR a.s. |
