Abstract in different language: | The paper deals with improving enterprise performance based on the idea of improving performance of middle managers. According to opinion of the authors, managerial games represent one of possible and effective tools for improving performance of managers. Managerial training can be considered as a key activity in the development of human resources. The paper contains the proposal of managerial game named "Strategic Challenge" including a description of the procedure and game rules, outlining model scenarios, recommendations for continuous and follow-up evaluation. The design of this managerial game came into being in response to the knowledge of the key factors, principles and problems of the selected production company operating in the Czech Republic based on field research conducted in this company. |
