Abstract in different language: | The Islamic financial system is an integral part of the global financial system. It is a financial system based and operating on the basis of Islamic law. The paper analyses the development of Islamic financial system in recent years, and represents the basic principles on which the system is founded. The basic financial instruments include sales with margins (Murabaha) and profit sharing (Mudaraba), leasing (Ijara), partnership (Musharaka) and forward sale (Bay 'salam). There is an effort to align the original principles of Islamic financial trading with modern methods. The globalization of financial markets and international openness creates space for expansion into new markets and developing new forms of Islamic finance. The value of Islamic financial assets is increasing every year and Islamic finance comes from traditional territories to other countries with significant and rapidly growing Islamic population. |
